How to make a return or request a size exchange:

To start the size exchange or return procedure, simply access the following link by filling in the text fields with the order number and the email address used for the purchase: Return form.

Once you have completed the request, you will receive an e-mail with the label to be applied to your parcel and instructions. You can choose to have your return picked up at home or alternatively take your parcel to a UPS pick-up point.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fully comply with the following conditions:

 - the return request is made through the use of the form on the site: Return form;

 - the products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition;

 - the products must have the original tags and security seals attached;

 - the products must be returned in their original packaging, and packing materials must be included;

- the products are handed over to the courier within thirty (30) days of the date you notified the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the sale contract;

- the products are not damaged or worn.

 In the case of a return with refund, if all the required conditions are met, the price of the purchased products will be refunded in full as soon as we receive them at our warehouse. The refund will be made on the same payment method used to place the initial order.In the case of a return with size exchange, if all the required conditions are met, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive and verify the return at our warehouse.

The cost of returning your return is free of charge, while you only have to pay the cost of shipping the original order.
